Former New York City Mayor and US President’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani has tested positive to COVID-19 virus.
He has been visiting a number of states where Trump claimed there was mass-scale election fraud and has been meeting with officials in those States. He did all that not wearing a mask.
He was criticized for his refusal to wear a mask similar to many other officials who are close to President Trump, who himself was tested positive shortly before the November election.
Trump wished Giuliani a speedy recovery on Twitter.
Following the diagnosis, Giuliani was admitted to the Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in the capital, Washington DC.
After the former New York City Mayor was tested positive, the Arizona Legislature decided to shut down for one whole week as some of the Republicans had spent a considerable time period with Giuliani.
